Raising a Righter

Talent and Smarts

I gave birth to this intelligent farmer. I raised a righter/writer. He wants to right and produce movies—thus he is showing how well he can show off his product—which is produce.

Intelligent Farmer

He was not a sleeper and learned to walk at 7 months. That jacket was really big on him when he was little but it looks good on him now. Someone suggested he get a tie and so he did.

Chip off the old block

His favorite book is America the Beautiful and his favorite tool is a pitchfork with a grapefruit attached. He’s never without his fork but the grapefruit has been different. He and that fork have seen some tough times. If it weren’t for that fork I don’t know how he would have made it.

I’m glad he still has his wit about him and is recuperating from his recent car wreck. This set of pictures is for a project he’s working on. He’s in school to be a writer. He specifically wants to be a movie producer. I wish him all the best. He’s extremely talented and gifted. He’s been in countless school plays and recently helped write a play for his church.

Maybe I should buy him some new pants. He’s married and lives only about 20 minutes away. But you know—he’ll always be my little boy. He tolerates me saying that.

Good luck to him, a difficult career choice but amazingly worthwhile.

  3. Yes, they are always our babies, no matter how grown up and tall they get. I’m glad he came through the car crash safely. You must have been sick with worry. xxxx jodi

  4. What a doll. I know what you mean…they are always our little boys. Best of luck to him on his big dreams. He’s obviously a sunshine-y kind of guy. You taught him well, Mom, and you are all blessed to have each other.
