We’ve all seen quaint neighborhoods built just after WW2. I just had to share how renovating a 50’s rancher and adding curb appeal can make this a desirable place to live once again. This is a typical rancher with basement. The matching A frame end sections and mid porch facing have been faced in stone.
The landscaping is tastefully created and the use of pine straw as the mulch helps to focus on the stone. It’s a clever use of natural materials and takes this home from the 50’s to the current trend in renovations. This home is located in my neighborhood and I’m so proud of the care they took to tastefully blend the old with the new.
